London Fashion Night Out

Fashion Night Out appeared in London brightly and loudly, yet in style, blowing the fashion breezes across the main shopping streets and sending goosebumps to the organisers, participants and random spectators. Hundreds have flown into the main shopping areas, creating human traffic jams in the small alleys, at the road crossings and, of course, at the entrances to the flagship stores of the best known fashion names, like Channel, Vivienne Westwood, Alexander McQueen, Michael Kors, Prada and the others.

May I just make it clear before you scroll down?! I am not in fashion - I never was and it's more like that I never will. Every now and then I put some pieces of my wardrobe together and miraculously it works, but more often it doesn't. A little collection of Longchamp bags is probably my only valuable fashion asset. I get one from my hubby for every Christmas saving him time trying to invent the wheel and find a perfect present.

My Fashion Night Out ended up with a twist. Having come to Bond Street to take some photos I ended up drinking champagne in a small kitchen at the basement of Salvatore Ferragamo shop  with its multinational sales team. Thought I would shout out loud - Erik, you are a star with amazing attitude and very very bad manners! And I shall be holding up on your offer to take me to the gay night club in London.

So here is my snapshot of London Fashion Night Out.Little story makers of the current generation!
